Sorry to see that you are very confused. I do not know about which teachers you are complaining . But I can see that you did not try to find out if you can buy an uniform. As it is posted on our website, you can buy any lost book or additional uniform - you just need to ask at the Front Desk or ask your teacher or Program Coordinator. If you have a specific complaint about any teacher who was not teaching as you expected, please email me directly to [email protected] and we will take necessary steps to fix the situation with this teacher. Student satisfaction is our first priority.

This school is very unorganized & the teachers dont really teach besides Mr.Thomas. You also only get 2 uniforms for 9months of you being there & you cannot buy your own.

We are sorry if you felt that numerous calls to a candidate who expressed their interest in an upcoming class with limited seats was unprofessional. We call at various times because a candidate may miss a call if at work or if they were unavailable to speak at that particular time. After you submitted your request for more information, our main objective was to understand if you would want to enroll in the upcoming class that had limited seats available. Our Admissions team is obligated to follow up with candidates who expressed an interest in the school or any of our programs, and they will only contact those candidates who requested information or those who are ready to enroll in a program to further their career in healthcare. As soon as a candidate shares that they are no longer interested in the program, we immediately remove this person from our contact list. Wendy is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They would call me at different times in the day from random numbers. Go somewhere else. There are other places more affordable and professional.
